INKED
Humans have been using the body as a living canvas/billboard for thousands of years. The majority do so willingly, as the ultimate mode of self expression or to denote inclusion in a tribe or group; others, unwillingly, the victims of a captors attempts to dehumanize them. This series will explore the history of tattoos and body modification.
